Career Mentorship
We have a mission. To elevate the career development practice in Singapore. Having credentials and case management experience are great. What about continuous learning from a Mentor?
What if, I say there are alternative ways to deliver more impactful 1:1 sessions. Perhaps, you wonder how application of career theories and tools can be used across specific context. Maybe, pick up key insights from other practice in Australia or UK.
Introducing the 1:1 Career Mentorship Program.

Gain access to a Mentor, Ken who is a highly qualified, global Certified Career Practitioner - see his profile here.

Get your questions addressed, helping skills sharpened and pick up actionable ideas that would positively impact your work. Broaden your knowledge beyond the group that you serve. All discussions are kept strictly confidential. The program is created end-to-end with a structured and flexible approach - from intake/discovery sessions to progressive conversations and application of tools and action plan co-creation.

Role play, scenario analysis, short notes and visual exercises are used to make the mentorship sessions interactive. Plus, you have materials and templates to work on independently. There will be pre-work and post- summary information, so you can refer to the learning checkpoints.
